-
No reactivity
no confirmed exceptions from predicted reactivity known in the moment
-
Supplementary information
No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin mouse serum proteins based in immunoelectrophoresis.BSA and milk have to be replaced by other blocking reagents, like doneky serum or commercial formulations which are free from bovine IgG.

Scientific context
Donkey anti-sheep IgG is a secondary antibody conjugated to biotin which binds to sheep IgG immunoglobulins in immunological assays.
-
Notes
Antibody concentration is 3.85 mg/ml and it has been afinity purified on solid phase sheep IgG (H&L)biotin conjugate is supplied in 10 mM Sodium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, 1 % (w/v) BSA, Protease/IgG free. It contains 0.05 % sodium azide as preservative

Properties
Biotin conjugates can be detected by horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase substrates or anti biotin conjugated antibodies. Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
