How to reconstitute
For reconstitution add 50 µl of sterile water.
-
Storage condition
store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C; once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. For storage at 4°C for several days to weeks, sodium azide to final 0.1 % can be added. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

Scientific context
His-Tag is a polyhistidine tag which consists of 6 histidine residues introduced on N- or C-terminus of the protein. The polyhistidine-tag can be used for recombinant protein detection using specific antibodies and it is not conjugated to any dye or enzyme.
-
Notes
working dilution for ELISA, IL and IP needs to be determined experimentally.

Conjugated
The polyhistidine (6xHis) tag or Histidine Epitope Tag (HIS Tag, 6XHIS Tag with Histidine (abbreviated as His or H; encoded by the codons CAU and CAC) is an α-amino acid that is used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It is the most used tag for purification by Affinity Chromatography (IMAC). The pentadentate chelator is the best chelator in Immobilized Metal ion Affinity chromatography (IMAC) for the6xhis-tagged proteins.
