    Mouse
  • Specificity and cross reactivity
The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to fibrinogen. In Immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), using various antiserum concentrations against normal mouse plasma a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the preipitin line obtained with purified fibrinogen. No reaction is obtained with any other plasma protein component or serum. However, the antiserum may also react with fibrin monomers, circulating fibrinopeptides and fibrin degradation products.
  • Purification method
Hyperimmune antisera with strong precipitating activity are selected for fractionation by salprecipitation and purification of the IgG fraction by DEAE-chromatography.
  • Form Appearance
Fluorochrome-coupled purified hyperimmune IgG lyophilized from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2)

Store at Store productone at +4 degrees Celsius. for short term and productone should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. for long term.
  • Tested for
ELISA (EIA), Immunocytochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), (In)direct Immunofluorescence (IF)
  • Description
productone is a polyclonal antibody of high purity and binding affinity for the antigen that it is risen against. Properly used, this antibody will ensure excellent and reproducible results with guaranteed success for the applications that it is tested in. Polyclonal antibodies have series of advantages - larger batches can be supplied at a time, they are inexpensive to manufacture and respectively to buy, the time needed for production is considerably shorter. Polyclonal antibodies generally are more stable and retain their reactivity under unfavorable conditions. To obtain more detailed information on productone, please, refer to the full product datasheet.
  • Advisory
In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
  • Additional description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody.
  • Properties
This MBS Polyclonals Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) antibody is currently after some BD antibodies the most commonly used fluorescent dye for FACS. When excited at 488 nanometers, FITC has a green emission that's usually collected at 530 nanometers, the FL1 detector of a FACSCalibur or FACScan. FITC has a high quantum yield (efficiency of energy transfer from absorption to emission fluorescence) and approximately half of the absorbed photons are emitted as fluorescent light. For fluorescent microscopy applications, the 1 FITC is seldom used as it photo bleaches rather quickly though in flow cytometry applications, its photo bleaching effects are not observed due to a very brief interaction at the laser intercept. MBS Polyclonals FITC is highly sensitive to pH extremes.
  • Conjugation
    Anti-FITC Antibody
  • Latin name
    Capra aegagrus hircus, Mus musculus
  • Test
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
  • Gene target
  • Short name
Goat anti Mouse fibrinogen, conjugated with FITC
  • Technique
anti mouse, Mouse, anti, FITC, Goat, antibody to, anti mouse antibodies, antibody Conjugates, Fluorescein, goats, mouses
  • Host
Goat, The goat polyclonal antibodies are directed against human genes or rabbit or mouse IgGs (H +L) chain primary antibodies and conjugated for detection. It are very good secondary antibodies that are affinity purified and have a good affinity themselves too. Often KLH is coupled to the antigen so anti KLH can be present in the vial.
