CD45-PECy5 is a monoclonal antibody (MAb) labelled with the R-phycocyanine-cyanine 5 tandem (PECy5) designed for use as a direct immunofluorescence reagent in the identification and enumeration of cells which express the CD45 antigen by flow cytometry.

Antibody s suited for
Add 5 µl of MAB / 100 µl of 10^6 PBMC in PBS. Mix Wash twice with PBS and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v of paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. Add 5 µl of MAB / 100 µl of Whole Blood. Mix gently and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature 20¼C. Lyse Whole Blood and analyze or fix with 0.5% v/v paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze. See instrument manufacturerÕs instructions for Lysed Whole Blood and Immunofluorescence analysis with a flow cytometer or microscope.

Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

Properties
If you buy Antibodies supplied by nordc they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C. Cy5 antibodies are excited by the 650-nanometer wave of an argon laser and detected at a 670-nanometer captor.

Test
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
