  IL-10 This item is specific for human Interleukin-10 (IL-10). IL-10 is an immunoregulatory cytokine which is expressed by activated CD8+ve peripheral blood T-cells, CD4+ve T-cell clones, B cell lymphomas, activated monocytes and mast cells. This clone is reported to act as a neutralising antibody; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
