Rat Anti Mouse F4/80 Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [BM8] clones, this product was conjugated with PURE format and reported for used in flow cytometric analysis to react with F4/80 glycoproteins that expressed in a large part of tissue macrophages and in subsets of dendritic cells, F4/80's function is the induction of immunological tolerance, also used as a murine macrophages marker.
