  Rat Anti Mouse CD49d Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [R1-2] clones, this reagent was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to react with CD49d glycoproteins, CD49d found in all T, B, dendritic, mast, and Nk cells, also in expressed in thymocyte/monocytes, and eosinophils, basophils, CD49d plays a role of adhesion and costimulation of T cells.
