Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit with PI-DY-634 is a kit used for the identifacation and detection of apoptotic and necrotic cells, this Kit was conjugated with DY-634 format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, it reacts with Annexin V proteins, with Propidium Iodide Solution (PI) helps to make the difference between apoptic cells and necrotic, used also as a dead cell exclusion dye.
