Properties

Blue has a wavelength of around 480 nm and will make your sample visible. If your sample is too concentrated you can dissolve it in water. Thermocyclers can be callibrated for identical ramping curves to obtain a more accurate PCR. Master mixes of Taq polymerases are supplied with dNTP's and Mg+buffer already premixed. They are used for automation and to exclude variaions in your PCR.

Technique
