DescriptionCellufine MAX S-r Chromatography Media, also known as Chisso cefarose nicherei purification aragose column is used with Ion Exchange chromatography (IEX). It is used for initial separation and final polishing of proteins, peptides, and enzymes. The matrix that is used is a highly cross-linked cellulose with dextran as scaffold. The ion exchange type is strong cation or more particlarly -SO3-.

Additional descriptionThere are two major types of growth media those used for cell culture , which use specific cell types derived from plants or animals, and microbiological culture, which are used for growing microorganisms, such as bacteria or yeast. The most common growth media for microorganisms are nutrient broths and agar plates with antibiotics; specialized media are sometimes required for microorganism and cell culture growth.
