Storage condtions
Keep the Cdc34 Antibodyat minus twenty degrees Celsius for 1 year. The ready-to-use solutions can be stored at four degrees Celsius for a month. Our specialsits recommend to freeze the aliquotes at minus twenty degrees Celsius for long-term application. Multiple procedures of freezing and thawing influence the specifity and reactivity of the antibody in a negative way.

Tips
The Cdc34 Antibody did not cross-reacted with other proteins during the test procedures. This antobdy is intended to be used for research analyses and it is not applicale for in vitro diagnostics.

Background
CDC34, Cell division cycle 34, Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CDC34 gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. By in situ hybridization that the CDC34 gene is located in the far telomeric region of 19p13.3, in a region of syntenic homology between human 19p and mouse 11.Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. This protein is a part of the large multiprotein complex, which is required for ubiquitin-mediated degradation of cell cycle G1 regulators, and for the initiation of DNA replication.
