DescriptionBAY 59-3074 is a partial agonist of CB1/CB2 receptor with Ki values of 48.3 nM and 45.5 nM for human CB1/CB2 receptors, respectively. It displays CB1 agonist activity in in vivo studies and displays anti-hyperalgesic and antiallodynic properties in rat models of chronic neuropathic and inflammatory pain.
