Reacts with free VP 1, VP 2 and VP 3 of adeno-associated virus and at a very reduced degree with assembled capsids. VP1 and VP2 are highly enriched in the nucleus, while non-assembled VP3 is evenly distributed in the nucleus and the cytoplasm. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
