Application And UsagesWestern blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 µg/ml), and immunocytochemistry (10-20 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects HA-tag fused to the C-terminus or N-terminus of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells.
-
DescriptionEpitope tags are useful for the labeling and detection of proteins using immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, and immunostaining techniques. The HA tag is derived from an epitope of the influenza hemagglutinin protein, which has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors.
