• Specificity and cross reactivity
  This purified antibody identifies purified human Hsp90beta and will detect a 90kD protein corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp90beta on SDS-PAGE immunoblots in samples from human, mouse, rat, hamster, guinea pig, bovine, canine, goat, porcine and rabbit. This antibody is specific for Hsp90beta and does not detect Hsp90alpha.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
