  Recognizes proteins of 130kD & 150kD, identified as immature (gp130c-fms) and mature (gp150c-fms) forms of CD115. Blocks ligand binding and ligand-dependent proliferation. Inhibits CSF-1-independent growth of cells expressing mutant CSF-1R2. Species Crossreactivity: Human. Does not react with Mouse and feline. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
