Use of the reagent
Our Human Beta 2 Microglobulin ELISA test kit is a sandwich ELISA for the detection of human beta 2 microglobulin in plasma, serum, lysates, and other biological fluids. Samples or standards are added to an anti-b2M antibody coated plate followed by the addition of an HRP conjugated anti-human b2M antibody. The absorbance is read at 450nm and the level of b2M in samples is determined based on the provided human b2M standard curve.
