  Uninduced Jurkat cell extracts useful as a control in western blotting or caspase activity assays.. The cytosolic extract prepared from uninduced Jurkat cells can be used as a control for caspase activity assays or for Western blotting. We recommend using 100-200 µg per assay for caspase activity assays and 10-20 µg per assay for Western blotting.
