  Anti Mouse IgG2b Human Isotype Control-OC-515 is a mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody type mouse IgG2b isotype control, produced by [AEE14/7] clones, this reagent was conjugated with OC-515 format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis as a negative control, it's used for testing the reliabilty of biological tests. • Additional description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody. Isotype or positive controls by peptides, antibodies and deactivated samples.

  Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Mouse monoclonal antibodies from this clone have all the same affinity to the antigen. Also polyclonal antibodies are Isotype purified amd conjugated or if they are used as control non conjugated.
