Specificity and cross reactivity
A BALB/c mouse was immunized with a recombinant form of 6X HIS tagged human LEFTY. Hybridoma: Produced by the fusion between BALB/c mouse splenocytes and mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cells using conventional hybridoma technology.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
