Application And UsagesWestern blotting (0.5-4 µg/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. The anti-CCR10 antibody recognizes 50 kDa human CCR10 in Western blot analysis.
-
DescriptionRecently, a function has been assigned to a previously identified orphan chemokine receptor, GPR-2. This receptor, also called CCR10, binds with monocyte chemoattractant protein (MCP)-1, MCP-3 and MIP-1 beta. CCR10 is expressed by melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, dermal microvascular endothelial cells, T cells as well as in skin-derived Langerhans cells. CCR10 may play a role in both skin homeostasis as well as a potential role in inflammatory responses.
