  8-5C2 recognizes the human 8 kD subunit of the inflammatory MRP8/14 complex (different from the S13.67 epitope), also referred to as Calgranulin A or S100A8. It facilitates the characterization of circulating granulocytes or myelo-monocytic inflammatory infiltrates which express MRP8 according to inflammatory status or type of disease. Application: IHC (f, p), ELISA, Dot Blot
• Properties
  Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species.
