Human platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP) llb-llla (allb/b3 integrin, CD41/CD61), does not interact with human av/b3 integrin, or with dog rabbit GP llb-llla. Complex specific, inhibits glycoprotein llb-llla interaction with fibrinogen and other ligands, inhibits platelet aggregation.
