CD62L This item recognises rat L-selectin (CD62L). In rats CD62L is expressed by a subset of thymocytes, predominantly single positive CD4 or CD8 cells. Expression of rat CD62L is weak, and sensitive detection systems (e.g.. 3 layer biotin - streptavidin techniques) are recommended on some tissues.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Test
