  Recognizes the ~130-150kD human hamartin protein. No reactivity with the related Tuberin protein. This speci city was con rmed with Western Blot on both Hamartin- and Tuberin-transfected cell lysates. Reactivity was con rmed with a Hamartin-transfected 293 cell line. ; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
