Specificity and cross reactivity
EMR1 This item recognises human EMR1 (EGF-like module containing, mucin-like, hormone receptor-like 1). EMR1 is a seven-span transmembrane protein which is a member of the EGF-TM7 family of receptors. EMR1 is the human ortholog of murine F4/80 but unlike F4/80, the expression of EMR1 in humans is restricted to eosinophils and is not expressed on macrophage populations. The detailed structure and function of EMR1 is still unknown.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
