Acotiamide Methyl Ether-d9 is the isotope labelled analog of Acotiamide Methyl Ether (A190265); a metabolite of Acotiamide (A190260, HCl) which is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which has been shown to stimulate gastric motility and improve gastric motility dysfunction in rats. Acotiamide Hydrochloride has also been shown to improve meal-related symptoms of functional dyspepsia.
