Rat Anti Mouse CD4 Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [GK1.5] clones, this antibody was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to identify CD4 proteins, CD4 is expressed in a large part thymocytes, and in subset of T cells, CD4 plays a role of T cell activation and acts as a co-TCR receptor.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
