Source organismHuman (Homo sapiens)
-
Species reactivityHuman (Homo sapiens), Mouse (Mus musculus), Rat (Rattus norvegicus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityRecognizes endogenous human GRP75. Species Crossreactivity: mouse and rat. Does not crossreact with recombinant human HSPA1A, HSPA2, HSPA6, HSPA8 or GRP78 in Western Blot.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification methodAffinity Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
-
Form AppearanceSupplied as a lyophilized powder from 20mM Tris, pH 7.4, 0.15M sodium chloride, 5% trehalose. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile PBS, 0.02% SODIUM AZIDE.

Storage and shippingLyophilized powder may be stored the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.02% SODIUM AZIDE. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, the antibody should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
-
Tested applicationsELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
