• Description
  Plates with saturated amounts of avidin coating for binding of biotinylated products. The avidin coated plates utilizes high absorbance 96-well plates coated with saturated concentration of highly pure avidin under optimized conditions. Plates were then pre-blocked with Unique Blocking Buffer. The plates offer high binding capacity and reduced background, ideal for binding small ligands such as biotinylated oligonucleotides and peptides with better assay sensitivity and broader detection range.
