Intended Use
detection of Nipah Virus in serum, plasma, infected animal tissue or secretion by RT PCR systems.
Precautions
Repeated thawing and freezing (> 3x) should be avoided, as this may reduce the sensitivity of th assay. Cool all reagents during the working steps. Super Mix should be stored in the dark.
Application
Diagostic of Nipah Virus contamination
Nucleic acid
RNA
Group
PCR, polymerase chain reaction,RT-PCR mixes
About
TAQ or Pfu or Pfx or other enzymes are used for polycmerase chain reaction and have different specificity. The mores specific the lower the yield.
Properties
Thermocyclers can be callibrated for identical ramping curves to obtain a more accurate PCR.
