-
Antibodie s labelunlabelled serum
-
PurityAVPR1B antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
-
Ab raised inGoat
-
TypePolyclonal
-
AntigenAVPR1B antibody was made against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of AVPR1B.
-
Immuno applicationELISA, Western Blot, immuno-histo-chemistry
-
Antibody adviceELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 170 kDa band observed in human brain (Substantia Nigra) lysates (calculated MW of 47.0 kDa according to NP_000698.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to findings with EB08786, a product of different design reacting to the mouse protein. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2 ug/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human Pituitary shows bright cytoplasm staining of a few active secretory cells in the anterior pituitary. Recommended concentration, 5-10 ug/mL.
