Ubiquitin conjugating enzyme involved in conjugation of ubiquitin to target substrates.
Purity by SDS-PAGE
Typical enzyme concentration of 100 nM - 1 mM is used for in vitro conjugation, depending on conditions.
Physical form description
75 µL of a 40 µM solution (3 nmoles) in 50 mM Tris, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
UBE2L3 (UbcH7) is an E2 (ubiquitin conjugating enzyme) ligase involved in the conjugation of ubiquitin to target substrates, along with E1 and E3 enzymes. UbcH7 has been shown to work with HECT domain E3’s (E6-AP), in addition to RING containing E3’s. UbcH7 is homologous to the UbcH5 family.
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
