  The immunogen for the anti-cdk 4 was a recombinant cdk 4 protein recognizing a 34kD protein.Iit has no cross reaction with other cdkÕs. It dies not co-precipitate the D type cyclins bound to cdk4. It is a critical regulator in cell cycle progression between G1 and S.

• Description
  This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
• Test
  Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab.
