Background information
Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. It can phosphorylate a large number of proteins. Participates in Wnt signaling. Phosphorylates CTNNB1 at 'Ser-45'. May play a role in segregating chromosomes during mitosis.

The Anti-Casein Kinase 1 alpha (Tyr294) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
