Gene infoThe L-type calcium channel is composed of four subunits: alpha-1, alpha-2, beta and gamma. The beta subunit of voltage-dependent calcium channels contributes to the function of the calcium channel by increasing peak calcium current, shifting the voltage dependencies of activation and inactivation, modulating G protein inhibition and controlling the alpha-1 subunit membrane targeting.

Gene namesCACNB3, CAB3, CACNLB3
-
Antibodie s labelunlabelled serum
-
PurityAntibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.
-
Ab raised inRabbit
-
TypePolyclonal
-
AntigenAntibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding a region of human CACNB3.
-
Immuno applicationELISA, Western Blot
-
Antibody adviceCACNB3 antibody can be used for detection of CACNB3 by ELISA at 1:312500. CACNB3 antibody can be used for detection of CACNB3 by western blot at 1 ug/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
-
Suspention pH azideAntibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.
-
Keep atFor short periods of storage (days) store at 4 grades C. For longer periods of storage, store CACNB3 antibody at -20 grades C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
