Specificity and cross reactivity

Recognizes the class II RLA-DQ molecule. It inhibits the mixed lymphocyte reaction by 80%. Immunoprecipitation studies yield three bands of molecular weight 28, 31 and 35kD.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
