Gene namesBMPR1A, bone morphogenetic protein receptor, type IA, HGNC:1076, ACVRLK3, ALK3, activin A receptor, type II-like kinase 3
-
Antibodie s labelunlabelled serum
-
PurityBMPR1A antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
-
Ab raised inGoat
-
TypePolyclonal
-
AntigenBMPR1A antibody was made against an 11 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of BMPR1A.
-
Immuno applicationELISA, Western Blot
-
Antibody adviceELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and HepG2 (calculated MW of 60.2 kDa according to NP_004320.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/mL. an additional band of 20 kDa was consistently observed, however this band was not blocked by the immunizing peptide and it is therefore a non-specific signal. We call for caution when used for other assays than Western Blot.
-
Suspention pH azideBMPR1A antibody is supplied in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
-
Keep atAliquot and store at -20 grades C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
