Specificity and cross reactivity
CD150 This item recognises human CD150, a 70kDa cell surface glycoprotein also known as signalling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM). CD150 is constitutively expressed on CD45+ ve T-cells, immature thymocytes, a subpopulation of peripheral B-cells and dendritic cells. CD150 is rapidly upregulated in T-cells, B-cells and dendritic cells after activation. In addition to the membrane form of CD150, activated T and B cells also express mRNA encoding a secreted form of CD150. This clone is reported to induce proliferation of pre-activated T cells; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. the antibody should be stored undiluted. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Repeated freeze - thaw cycles may denature the peptide chains of the antibody and therefore should be maximally avoided. Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
