Storage_stability

Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degree C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O containing 40-50% glycerol. Aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Description

The NP-1 (alpha Defensin-1) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. human, mouse or other beta β- and alpha α- defensins are expressed by neutrophils ( α- ), lymphocytes and epithelial cells. DEFA DEFB genes defend the host against pathogens. GENTAUR supplies anti-defensins, monclonals, polyclonals antisera and recombinant DEFs or peptides of defensin.
