Description
Semisporulation Growth Agar is employed for the growth and sporulation of Saccharomyces cerev isiae. To prepre the media d issolve the powder in d istilled water, heat to boiling if it is necessary, sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes, then mix well and d ispense as desired.
