Protein G Coated 96-well Plates

Description

Plates with Protein G coating for high capacity binding of IgG subclasses. The Protein G coated plates utilize high absorbance 96-well plates coated with saturated concentration of highly pure Protein G under optimized conditions. Plates were then pre-blocked with Unique Blocking Buffer. The plates offer high binding capacity and low background, ideal for binding all subclasses of human, mouse, rabbit and goat IgG, as well as most other commonly used species.

•APPLICATIONS- These plates are useful for detecting antibodies using labeled antigens. These pre-coated plates can increase assay sensitivity and are ideal when a low amount of antibody is available.
