Description
Rat Anti Mouse CD45 Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [30-F11] clones, this product was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in flow cytometric analysis to interacts with CD45 proteins in all hematopoietic cells, and not in mature erythrocytes and platelets, CD45 plays an important role in TCR and BCR signal transduction, also plays a role of phosphatase and activation of T and B cells.
