Antibody adviceNeutralization:To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of mIL-10 (0.5 ng/mL), a concentration of 3.0-5.0 ug/mL of this antibody is required.ELISA:In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 ug/mL of this antibody will detect at least 1600 pg/mL of recombinant murine IL-10 when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-10 (XP-5162Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 ug/mL. Western blot:To detect mIL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 ug/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-10 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
-
Keep atMIP-3 alpha lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20 grades C. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1 - 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4 grades C when reconstituted.

DescriptionThe anti-MIP-3 alpha Antibody [G3_4G10 3] is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
-
PropertiesIf you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
