-
Species reactivityMouse (Mus musculus); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityReacts with the H-2Kk MHC class I alloantigen. Crossreactivity with splenocytes of SJL/Hsd mice has been observed by flow cytometric analysis. Does not react with other (e.g., b, d, q) haplotypes.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification methodPurified
-
Form AppearanceSupplied as a liquid in PBS, 0.1% sodium azide and a stabilizing agent. Conjugated to PE.

Storage and shippingStore the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Store the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius. or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months the antibody should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
-
Tested applicationsImmunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC/FACS)

DescriptionThe MHC Class 1, H2, KK (H-2 Class I Histocompatibility Antigen, K-K alpha Chain, H-2K(K), H2-K1, H2-K) (PE) is a α- or alpha protein sometimes glycoprotein present in blood. Antigens are peptides or recombinant or native dependent on the production method.
