Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivity
CD41, Platelet gpIIb IIIa Recognizes an epitope on the gpIIb/IIIa complex on the surface membrane of human platelets(1). The antibody precipitates two bands under non-reducing conditions (Mr 110 kDa and 130 kDa).; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification method
Fluorescein which has a maximum absorbance at 492nm and an emission maximum at 518nm has been covalently attached to Anti-Human CD41 and purified to assure optimal fluorochrome/protein (F/P) molar ratios.
